White Gold District

Overview

The Tintina Gold Belt is a 2000 km long, highly prolific region of mineralization that stretches in a north-westerly trending arc from British Columbia through Yukon and central Alaska.

In Alaska the Tintina Gold Belt has seen over 70 million ounces of gold mined over 30 years.

Recent large scale discoveries include the 36 million oz gold discovery at the Barrick/Nova Gold Donlin Creek project, the 10 million ounce gold discovery at International Tower Hills Livengood deposit and Kinross's 5.7 million ounce Fort Knox deposit.

The White Gold district south of Dawson City is the Yukon continuation of the Tintina Gold Belt and the site of the historic Yukon Gold Rush. Placer gold was discovered at Bonanza Creek and subsequently in many of the other creeks around the Dawson area. To date over 20 million ounces of gold have been recovered from many of the streams and gravel beds in the district but the source or sources of this gold has only recently been recognized- which has led to a new modern day "Klondike Gold Rush".

Recent Gold Discoveries in the Dawson Range

In 2008, Underworld Resources Inc. drilled 18.1m grading 4.35 g/t Au and 50.7m grading 3.1 g/t Au following up with an intercept early in 2009 grading 3.39 g/t Au across 104.0m. This led to delineation of the Golden Saddle deposit with an Indicated Resource of 1,004,570 oz gold @ 3.2 g/t Au, and an additional Inferred Resource of 407,413 oz gold @ 2.5 g/t Au. In Spring of 2010, drilling on the Coffee Project adjacent to Ethos Betty Property produced two significant discoveries: the Supremo Zone which yielded 17.07 g/t Au over 15.5m, and the Latte zone which returned 2.35 g/t Au over 51m.

Mineralization at both Golden Saddle and on the Coffee Project is believed to be associated with felsic plutonic and older metamorphic rocks. Mineralization is structurally controlled and has a gold - arsenic - antimony surface soil geochemical response.

Ethos in the White Gold District

Ethos Capital Corp. is one of the leading land-holders in this exciting emergent gold district with in excess of 1,038 square kilometers under option from Shawn Ryan. The Company is focusing its exploration efforts in the White Gold District looking for epithermal-mesothermal gold and porphyry copper-molybdenum-gold systems; both styles of mineralization are historically documented by Shawn Ryan and others within the 1,038 square kilometer claim package.

The Company's Board of Directors have approved $6.6 million to initiate the 2011 exploration work on Ethos' White Gold District properties. A comprehensive and systematic exploration field program is planned. The program is comprised of soil sampling, airborne and ground geophysics, trenching, geology and prospecting, with diamond drilling on the already defined gold anomalies. A detailed description of the multi-disciplinary program is outlined below.

Soil Surveys

The field soil survey program will consist of the collection and analysis of approximately 33,000 soil samples; anecdotally one of the largest single-season soil surveys ever undertaken in the White Gold District. A first-phase "ridge and spur" soil sampling survey is designed to rapidly and cost effectively screen all areas of Ethos properties. Simultaneous detailed follow-up soils will provide greater definition and extensions of gold-in-soil anomalies at Wolf and copper-molybdenum soil anomalies at Bridget. The soil sampling program will begin in early June.

Airborne Geophysics (Magnetics and Radiometrics)

Detailed airborne magnetic and radiometric surveying is planned for all of Ethos' properties. The magnetic signature of the rocks is useful in helping to outline the distribution of lithologies and for locating structural features which may be gold-bearing. Radiometric surveying is also useful for determining the distribution of lithologies and for locating larger porphyry copper-molybdenum-gold targets. The airborne surveying is expected to begin in July. Preliminary results are expected daily while the survey is in progress; post-processing and final product delivery will be completed later in the season.

Trenching, Ground Magnetics Surveying, Prospecting, and Geology

A systematic program evaluating anomalous areas of gold, copper and molybdenum will include trenching, detailed ground geophysics surveys, prospecting, and geological mapping. Initially, the focus of this work will be at the Bridget copper-molybdenum porphyry area and the Wolf gold-in-soil anomaly. Trenching, prospecting, and geological mapping of various target areas is scheduled to begin in early June and continue for several months.

Diamond Drilling

A 2,000 meter diamond drill program is planned to test targets generated during the 2011 field season. The drill is scheduled to be mobilized in mid-August. The 2,800 meter gold-in-soil anomaly at the Wolf Property is one possible target, contingent upon the success of ongoing exploration programs on Ethos properties elsewhere in the White Gold District.
