ETHOS GOLD CORP. (ECC-TSX-V) is an exploration-stage company with gold assets in the Yukon Territory, Canada. The Company has 1,100 sq. km of highly prospective gold properties in the heart of the Klondike where over 20 M oz of gold have been mined from surface placers. The properties were all selected and acquired from Shawn Ryan, named Canada's Prospector of the Year in 2011 for his gold discoveries in the Yukon. Following Shawn's direction, the Company's 2011 exploration program led to the discovery of one of the largest gold-in-soil targets ever found in the Klondike to date. These targets, with their favourable gold geology and structure, will be extensively drill tested during the 2012 exploration season set to commence in May.

With an experienced senior management team of successful mining, business and finance professionals, Ethos will proceed with an aggressive exploration program with a goal to drill for Klondike gold.
